June 2024: The collaborative architecture workshop – Digital Disruptions, with CEPT University, took place from Monday 1o to 16 June 2024. Students from CEPT  and Heriot-Watt architecture students participated in this workshop. The overarching theme of the workshop is ‘Stranger Things at Knowledge Park’, inspired by the successful Netflix series – Stranger Things.  Participants explored design narratives around hypothetical parallel worlds and simulated them in and around our campus to showcase these worlds using an AR interface. During the workshop, participants were introduced to relevant parametric and generative design modelling in Rhino, and tested the simulation on an AR platform.
